The rate for your stay includes: water and power consumption, weekly change of towels and bed linen, free parking, use of barbecue and wood-fired oven and use of swimming pool and common room. The last two are for exclusive use only if the whole accommodation facility is rented.
Children under three stay free (cradle/camping bed available).
The cost of bed, bath and kitchen linen is 10€ per person. The same cost applies for any extra change requested.
The rate does not include heating and air conditioning. In this case the cost is based on consumption.
Final cleaning 30€ per apartment, 200€ if the whole country house is rented.
Sofa bed 70€ per week (if requested).
Pets 30€ per week.
To secure the booking you will be asked to pay 30% of the total price by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy:
Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. For later arrivals, please contact the farmhouse. Arrivals after 8 p.m. may incur an extra charge.
Check-out is within 10 a.m.
